It is Safe, Secure and Easy

This program is a combination of one-on-one, personalized nutrition counseling and self-paced learning materials.

This is a three month program, but no worries! If life steps in and you need more time, we will work it out. You will have access to the program materials for at least a year.

The whole program is hosted on Practice Better, a HIPAA-compliant platform. This is where we have our telehealth video calls and exchange any information.

You can access Practice Better either on your computer, phone or tablet.

About Me...

Meet Your Instructor

I’m Elizabeth. I help people find the foods for strong bones and muscles in their later life. 

I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist, with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and over 1000 hours of supervised practice experience. I have been in the field of nutrition for over 30 years.

I am usually reading or listening to several books, and love of learning is my top character strength. If you see me outside I will be walking, running or working in my garden. Most of all I love all things food – talking about it, cooking it and especially eating it.
