I had been travelling for a year. My gut was way out of whack. I needed to get relief and get back to basics. I loved how it took me step by step to see what was happening as I ate. I’m Elizabeth. I help people like you to speed up your gut and digest better. 

I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist, with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and over 1000 hours of supervised practice experience. I have been in the field of nutrition for over 30 years.

I am usually reading or listening to several books, and love of learning is my top character strength. If you see me outside I will be walking, running or working in my garden. Most of all I love all things food – talking about it, cooking it and especially eating it.
